At MERAKI, we aim to provide a smooth shopping experience while ensuring quality service. Please review the following guidelines before placing your order.


Order & Payment

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available throughout Bangladesh.

  • In certain areas, advance payment via bKash may be required before shipment.


Delivery Information

  • Dhaka city: BDT 70 per item

  • Outside Dhaka: BDT 120 per item

  • Delivery time frame: 2–7 working days depending on your location.

  • Delivery charges are set according to our partnered courier companies.


Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges must be requested within 15 days of purchase.

  • Only size exchanges are allowed. If unavailable, customers may choose another design of equal or higher value.

  • Items must be returned in unused, unworn condition with packaging intact.

  • A purchase receipt is required for every exchange request.

  • No refunds will be provided.

  • Products bought on sale or promotion are not eligible for exchange.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring safe packaging when returning items, as MERAKI will not be liable for any damage caused during transit.


How to Request an Exchange

  1. Email merakiofficebd@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your product.

  2. Include your Order ID and a brief description of the issue.

  3. Once verified, our team will confirm your request and provide instructions for exchange or pickup.

    Return & Refund Policy

    At MERAKI, we want every purchase to meet your expectations. If for any reason you need to return or request a refund, please review the following policy:


    Eligibility for Returns

    • Items may be returned if they have manufacturing defects or if a wrong product was delivered.

    • Customers may also return items due to personal preference (e.g., change of mind, dislike). In such cases, delivery charges will be borne by the customer.

    • Returned items must be in unused condition, with original packaging intact.


    Repair Policy

    • Within 90 days of purchase: Free repair service.

    • From 90 days to 6 months: Repair available with a service fee.

    • After 6 months: Repair requests will not be accepted.


    Refund Guidelines

    • Refund for returns: Processed after the product is received at our warehouse and passes quality check (QC).

    • Refund for cancellations: Automatically issued once the cancellation request is confirmed.

    • Timeframe: Refunds are typically completed within 7-10working days.

    • Cashback or discounts applied at purchase will be adjusted in the final refund amount.
